How to Apply

1. Attend a recruitment session. 

Students wishing to join the University Recreation team must attend a recruitment session. There are four sessions offered on each recruitment date. Interested students only need to attend one of the 30-minute sessions to be eligible to submit an application.   

Fall 2013 Sessions
Tuesday, August 20 and Wednesday, August 21
Tuesday, September 17 and Wednesday, August 18
Tuesday, November 5 and Wednesday, November 6
 
Spring 2014 Sessions
Tuesday, January 7 and Wednesday, January 8
Tuesday, February 4 and Wednesday, February 5 
Tuesday, April 15 and Wednesday, April 16

2. Submit an application, resume and class schedule.

After attending the orientation session, you are eligible to submit an application. Please download an application after attending the orientation session and submit to the Member Servcies Suite, Carmichael Gym, room 1000. Please attach a resume, three references and a copy of your class schedule.  

3. Interview

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the respective unit to schedule a date and time for the interview. Due to the large number of applications, not every applicant will be selected for an interview.

If applicable, attend any additional interviews or skills tests required for the position.
