University Recreation offers a variety of multi-use facilities and outdoor spaces to host your special event. Spaces are available to be reserved by NC State registered student organizations, NC State University departments, and Non-NC State groups. All facility reservation requests must follow the procedures listed below:

- Step 1 – Complete and submit the Facility Reservation Request.
- Step 2 – Our event staff will review the request for availability of space and the scope of the event. If additional information is needed, you may be contacted for a pre-event meeting. The event team will then provide an estimate to include the facility rental fee and any staffing or equipment fees necessary for the event.
- Step 3 – Upon receiving and reviewing your estimate for the proposed event or reservation, please approve and send to the Event and Reservation Manager, Joni Buss (firstname.lastname@example.org) to officially book your event.
Please note that certain events will require a use agreement and the group to provide liability insurance documentation.
