The fitness program offers more than 100 group fitness classes each week, including TRX suspension training, indoor group cycling, mind/body, strength and cardiovascular classes throughout the day to meet the needs of the campus community.
In addition to group fitness classes, the fitness program provides quality personal training, seminars, workshops, and instructional classes designed to provide education about a variety of healthy lifestyle options. Personal trainers are nationally certified and can provide new exercise techniques and motivation.
