Bench For Breast Cancer
Saturday, October 24

Show your strength as you raise awareness for Breast Cancer Research at University Recreation’s 3rd annual Bench for Breast Cancer Competition. The event takes place on the second floor of the Recreation Center on Saturday, October 24. Weigh-ins will begin at 8:30 A.M. The event is free and open to all University Recreation members. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each male and female weight class, as well as to the top weight-for-weight male and female champions.

Ask a Trainer
Wednesday, September 2

The Ask A Trainer event is open to all students and members. Participants will be able to ask our certified personal trainers fitness related questions, learn more about our facilities and programs, and receive complimentary mini fitness assessment testing that includes Body Mass Index, Body Fat, and Flexibility.
