Mind-Body Happy Hour
Take a moment to de-stress from the week and prepare for the exciting weekend! The theme and instructor of the class changes every week to keep it fresh.
Breakfast Club is a class that combines weightlifting and running in order to get you out of a fitness plateau and into the next level of fitness. The first 25-minutes of this class will focus on muscular strength using TRX® and free weights. The next 30-minutes of class will focus on speeding up your run via interval training. You will leave this class with your fist up in the air when you realize all that you have accomplished before 8 A.M.
This class hits every major muscle group head to toe. Half of the class will be some type of cardio, while the other half will be strength training. The cardio portion changes week to week, but participants can always make requests.
This class is full of kickboxing cardio. Learn the correct form for a variety of punches and kicks, while getting a great workout.
Step and Sculpt Faculty and Staff
Are you looking to maximize your time with cardiovascular and strength training in one class? Step and Sculpt pairs step combinations with strength exercises to provide a total body workout.
This 55 minute class combines a cardio cycling workout and strength training for your core. It’s about 45-minutes of high intensity cycling, followed by 10 minutes of core exercises that target the abdominals and the lower back.
This indoor cycling class consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat roads, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants because participants set their own resistance levels.
Cycle & Strength
Not sure if you want Cardio or Strength? Combine both types of training within this 55-minute class. Your Group Fitness Instructor will take you through 30 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of strength to maximize your work within a short amount of time.
Looking to make a splash in a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise? Aqua Zumba® is the perfect fit for you. This class blends dance elements with water resistance for a fun and effective workout. Since low impact exercise is easier on your joints, this class is great for all fitness levels.

Namaste Cycle is a 90 minute class that combines a 45 minute indoor ride with 45 minutes to unwind with Yoga. The Yoga portion will focus on flexibility poses to help the indoor cyclist stay limber. Join us for the best of both worlds
A mat-based fitness-Pilates class emphasizing precise movements to activate, isolate, and stabilize core muscles. This class is great for improving posture, flexibility, balance and strength.
