NC State Personal Training is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals through individualized support and guidance.  Our nationally certified personal trainers will develop an exercise program tailored just for you.  We welcome all fitness levels from novice exercisers who seek direction on becoming more active, to experienced athletes looking for sport specific training.   No matter what your goal, we have a trainer who wants to work with you.  NC State Personal Trainers possess the knowledge and skills to help motivate and enhance your life through movement.

Fitness Orientations

Fitness Orientations serve to provide a more inclusive environment by showing users how to operate basic fitness equipment found throughout the Carmichael Complex. Each orientation will be led by a highly trained Strength & Conditioning Assistant and it will be aimed to better orient our users with machines and how to properly and safely use the equipment. The orientation will also go over basic fitness information and answer any general questions you may have in regards to leading a healthy, active lifestyle.

This service is completely free to NC State students and Carmichael Complex Members and will take approximately 45-minutes.
